Returns & Exchanges

At Sole To Soul Footwear, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original shoe box and secure it inside a shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
